Delivery Types & Pallet Charges

Pallet Charges

On the majority of all orders requiring a pallet there will be a pallet charge. This Pallet charge is charged to us by supplier and we pass this onto the customer. Once the customer returns the pallet we can fully refund them the pallet charge and we can then return the pallet to the supplier where they refund us. This way we are able to keep the pallet charge out of the product cost and reduce waste by recycling pallets back to the supplier. Below are the pallet charge fees.

Bowers: $46
Firth: $51.75
Holcim: $51.75
Other: $51.75

Delivery

At Citi Landscape Supplies we provide various types of delivery to make sure you receive your products on time and in great condition.

Bagged product delivery: In most cases this will be delivered either on our small truck or big truck. We will always contact you in regards to delivery to ask about the accessibility of the site. This may influence which truck and how many runs/delivery costs may apply. For bagged products we always appreciate if there is someone on site who is able to assist in the unloading of the products.

Bulk Material delivery: In most cases this will be delivered either on our small truck or big truck. We will always contact you in regards to delivery to ask about the accessibility of the site. This may influence which truck and how many runs/delivery costs may apply. It is important to let us know prior to delivery where you want to receive the product. For bulk material deliveries the truck will tip the product you have ordered into the location you request if suitable to do so.

Pavers, Retaining, Masonry Delivery: For Pavers, Retaining, and all Masonry products delivery usually will be through the supplier and will be with a HIAB, Tractor Truck, Moffett/Spyder or Tail lift truck. We will always contact you in regards to delivery to ask about the accessibility of the site. Please check bellow at reference images of truck types.

In some cases exceptions may be made and different methods of transport/delivery will be used to ensure the product is delivered in the best possible way.
